Several years ago at W B I caught a 46-47 in Muskie on the same sledge twice on back to back days from the same spot. One of the hooks cut the cheek of the fish the first day. When I saw the cut the next day I was positive it was the same fish.

i do believe i have this year. the fish was missing a large piece of its left gill plate that was healed over. i caught it at WB on the west end in early june and it measured 49 3/4". then in august i caught an identical looking fish down by the east boat ramp that measured 49 15/16". i have studied those pictures and to me they are exactly alike!
My brother caught a fish, by the small island just south-east of the Goose hump on WB. It was missing an eye. He landed it again the same year. The following year, he caught another one there with one eye, which we thought was the same fish. We used to call the island, "1-Tree island" now we call it "1-Eye island". Is there an actual name for that small island???
I caught a fish on July 3 2016 that had the large piece missing from his top jaw, he was 34 1/2". This past August 27th 2017, I caught the same fish about 100 yards away on the same bank, from where I caught him the first time. He was 36".
